No. He writes, on the channel each person agreed to, and you see everything he sends.
What do I have to set up?
Nothing. You send him the leads you already have and tell him the goal. He does the rest and reports in your chat.

He asks you, in one line, before he answers. Anything big waits for you.
What happens to trial sign-ups who go quiet?
Trial sign-ups and lapsed members are the leads a gym already has, and the least followed up. Sal follows up with each one, in their own time, and tells you who said yes.
